As our new Head of Partner Sales EMEA, you will be responsible for our partner management activities in EMEA.

You will work closely with the NA based partner management team as well as the sales and marketing teams across EMEA. In this role, you will report directly to our VP Sales EMEA.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Lead, grow and develop the EMEA partner management team, currently consisting 4 members
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Staffbase partners based in the EMEA region to drive revenue growth and customer retention
- Help our partners to be successful with Staffbase by running enablement and sales coaching programs
- Set-Up new partner initiatives
- Work closely with Marketing
- Responsible for business planning with partners
- Co-sell partner in deals

**What you need to be successful**:

- Extensive professional work experience in a partner sales role
- A leader by example, with the ability to inspire, motivate, coach and develop others
- Strong ability of building and managing relationships with partners
- Enterprise customer experience (5,000+ user environment)
- Outstanding communication skills, a high level of empathy and the ability to build strong business relationships
- Business fluent English and German language skills
- Willingness to travel within the EMEA region (20-30 %)
