Zur Unterstützung der Abteilung Finance suchen wir ab sofort in München eine:n
- Assistenz im Bereich Finance / Assistant to Heads of Finance (w/m/d)Ihre Aufgaben
- Sie arbeiten direkt und vertrauensvoll mit unseren Heads of Finance EMEA und Germany zusammen und unterstützen sie im anspruchsvollen Tagesgeschäft, um eine reibungslosen Ablauf sicherzustellen
- Als Schnittstelle im Team gewährleisten Sie eine exzellente sowie effiziente interne und externe Kommunikation
- Selbstständig koordinieren Sie nationale und internationale Termine und bereiten diese vor und nach
- Sie empfangen und betreuen unsere internen und externen Besucher:innen
- Auch die Planung und Organisation von Reisen inklusive anschließender Aufgaben wie Reisekostenabrechnungen fallen in Ihren Tätigkeitsbereich
- Sie beschaffen Informationen und bereiten diese zur effektiven Vorbereitung von Entscheidungen auf
- Zudem unterstützen Sie uns bei der Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Auswertungen, Analysen, Präsentationen und arbeiten eigenständig in Projekten mit.

Ihr Profil
- Sie haben eine kaufmännische Ausbildung bzw. ein Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Finanz
- oder Verwaltungsbereich
- Idealerweise haben Sie bereits mehrere Jahre Erfahrung als Assistenz oder im administrativen Bereich, vorzugsweise im Finanzumfeld gesammelt
- In den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen weisen Sie sehr gute Kenntnisse auf
- Als Assistenz-Allrounderin verfügen Sie über einen sehr hohen Qualitätsanspruch, ein überzeugendes Auftreten und Diskretion
- Sie bringen Organisationsgeschick und die Fähigkeit, auch unter Zeitdruck präzise und strukturiert zu arbeiten mit
- Sie sind teamfähig, arbeiten aber auch gerne selbständig und verantwortungsbewusst
- Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch runden Ihr Profil ab
