The EMEA Sales Operations Business Partner (M/F/d) is a strategic trusted advisor to the EMEA Sales Leadership team with the primary goals of ensuring the regional execution and alignment to global sales strategy. This role will drive continuity across a matrixed EMEA Sales Operations team and provide local leadership support where needed. The EMEA Business Partner will represent the regional needs across the organization and act as a conduit back to the respective functional teams. Central to the role is the ability to drive the adoption of a unified operating model, operate sales-related processes locally, and to provide thoughtful and prescriptive operational insights to sales management.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Support the development, execution, and measurement of the EMEA regional sales strategy and business plans
- Evangelize the growth story and collaborate with Business Units in establishment and execution of Go-To-Market plans for EMEA region
- Create or contribute to Board of Directors, Executive Leadership Team or other executive level presentations for region (partnered with Finance, HR, Comm, Mktg where needed).
- Steward sales strategy - keeping the regional team in check strategically & tactically, making sure everyday tasks carried out are aligned to company strategy
- Oversee EMEA strategic initiatives and business rhythm to drive regional performance and objectives
- Provide updates to key initiatives & roadmaps to EMEA leadership including key perspectives from other regions; identify areas of alignment needed across regions.
- Foster collaboration/promote alignment between regional business and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging, reduce redundant efforts, and create leverage
- Ensure brand/identify of region through cohesive cross-functional Operations team
- Drive and support efforts to improve business processes. Relentlessly seek out root cause problems and address them to drive cross functional improvements.
- Represent Sales Operations and the Regional Sales organization on corporate projects that impact productivity and efficiency of the sales organization - in some cases lead and manage some aspects of these projects ensuring on time completion

**Essential Knowledge & Skills**:

- Thorough understanding of the business, key industries, solution offerings, and competitors
- Knowledge of Sales Operations core capabilities, Sales processes, Sales methodology, customer journey and B2B buying process
- Ability to build trusting and collaborative relationships with cross-functional leaders
- Resourceful, adaptable and results-oriented with high energy and a positive attitude
- Strong project management skills; understands objectives and diligently monitors progress and results
- Appreciates the value of data analysis to provide critical metrics to make decisions, show ROI and CI
- Experience in driving and leading change in a fast pace environment

**Position Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree required (Bussiness Administration and or relevant experience)
- Preferred 8-10 years in Sales Operations, Sales, or Sales leadership
- Preferred 5 years working in multinational company and in matrix structure
- Strong facilitation, presentation and written communication skills in English required
- Ability to travel up to 20% of time
