Die Rolle berichtet direkt an unsere Head of SEO Germany & Senior Manager, Global SEO, GQ sowie dem Head of Editorial Content Condé Nast Traveller Germany.

DIESE AUFGABEN WARTEN AUF DICH:
- Mit Deinem SEO-Know-how schreibst Du eigenständig Artikel oder aktualisierst bestehenden Content zu Suchvolumen-starken Evergreen-Themen für unsere Marke CNT- Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Redaktions-, Audience Development
- und SEO-Team zusammen- Du setzt aktiv alle Maßnahmen der SEO-Strategie in Artikeln, Updates und anderen Onpage-Optimierungen um- Du entwickelst neue Themen unter SEO-Aspekten- Du verbindest SEO und Journalismus optimal und optimierst unsere Website und Inhalte kontinuierlich, um Rankings zu verbessern sowie die Reichweite und Sichtbarkeit zu erhöhen- Eigenständig nutzt Du unser State-of-the-Art-Toolset für alle redaktionellen SEO-Maßnahmen und leiten daraus Empfehlungen ab, die Du direkt im Text umsetzt- Mit deiner Hands-on-Mentalität unterstützt Du bei Bedarf auch im Content Management, beim Aufbauen von Linkstrukturen sowie der Umsetzung von redaktionellen SEO-Projekten- In Zusammenarbeit mit den Adaption
- und Übersetzungsredakteur:innen recherchierst Du Inhalte mit lokalem Performance-Potenzial zur Syndizierung/Übersetzung/Adaption aus unserem globalen Content-Pool- Mit unseren wichtigsten Stakeholdern aus dem Audience Development Team arbeitest Du zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass alle SEO-Inhalte angemessen in unseren verschiedenen Social-Media-Kanäle sowie in Newsletter integriert werden- Du bist dir der Performance deiner Inhalte bewusst und auch für diese verantwortlich, indem du die Audience-Daten ständig monitorst und bei Bedarf optimierst

WAS DICH AUSZEICHNET:
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Journalistik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und bereits mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als SEO Writer- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse der redaktionellen Suchmaschinenoptimierung und der Funktionsweise von Google und Co.- Du beherrschst die deutsche Sprache fließend in Wort und Schrift und hast ein gutes Gespür für die visuellen und inhaltlichen Anforderungen von hochwertigen (Online-)Magazinen.- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (Berichtslinien und Meetings finden häufig auf Englisch statt)- Schnelligkeit und Sorgfalt bei der Entwicklung von Artikeln ist für dich eine Selbstverständlichkeit- Du hast eine hohe Affinität zu Daten und auch zu Qualitätsjournalismus- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Content Management Systemen und Audience Data Monitoring Tools sind ein Plus
