Als Head of Analytical Service stellen Sie die qualitativ hochwertige Durchführung von Identitäts
- und Gehaltsbestimmungen (NMR, Nasschemie & chromatographische Messmethoden) des Analytischen Service sicher, unter Beachtung der relevanten Normen und GMP. Dabei sorgen Sie für eine kundenorientierte, fristgerechte Arbeitsweise und unterstützen Ihre Mitarbeitenden, die gemeinsamen Ziele zu erreichen. Aufgaben
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung der Abteilung Analytischer Service (~50 Mitarbeitende)
- Planung und Koordination der Durchführung der beauftragten Analysen zur Identitäts-, Reinheits
- und Gehaltsbestimmungen mittels verschiedener analytischer Methoden nach den Vorgaben der ISO17025, ISO17034 und in Anlehnung an die gültigen GMP-Richtlinien (EXiPACT)
- Optimierung und Sicherstellung der Sicherheits - und Qualitätsstandards und proaktive Mitarbeit an abteilungsübergreifenden Problemlösungen
- Definieren von strategischen sowie operativen Zielen und deren Umsetzung zusammen mit Ihrem Team
- Planen, Überwachen und Prüfen aller relevanten QM-Prozesse (z.B. Gerätequalifizierung, Methodenvalidierung,) sowie die Umsetzung von Validierungs
- und Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen im Bereich analytischer Service
- Steuerung und Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Vorgabedokumenten (z.B. SOPs) für den Bereich Analytik und Begleitung der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des Labor-Informations
- und Management Systems (LIMS)

Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes wissenschaftliches analytisch orientiertes Studium (z.B. Analytische Chemie, Pharmazie, Lebensmittelchemie) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Durchführung, Auswertung und Bewertung von Identitäts
- und Gehaltsbestimmungen inklusive Methodenentwicklung und Validierung sowie in der Bewertung und Plausibilitätsprüfung der angewandten Techniken
- Erfahrung in der Führung und Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden sowie in der Leitung komplexer Projekte
- Kompetenz, klar, verständlich und effektiv zu kommunizieren, Organisationgeschick, Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Problemlösungs
- und ergebnisorientiertes Denken und Handeln, wirtschaftliches Grundverständnis sowie ausgeprägte Kunden
- und Serviceorientierung
- Erfahrung in der Anwendung von ERP-, Chromatographie
- und LIMS-Systemen
