We are seeking a highly skilled Chemical Engineer to join our Analytical Service department as a Computerized Systems Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and Computerized Data System (CDS).
Key Responsibilities- Project Leadership: Lead projects for changes in our LIMS and CDS systems, preparing necessary documents for compliance and controlled system usage.
- Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with other departments to support LIMS users, defining user requirements, and assessing project feasibility.
- Change Management: Create change requests for global LIMS team implementation, including tracking progress and reporting results.
- System Administration: Act as a system administrator for local computerized lab systems and maintain MLCS in the QM department.
- Process Development: Develop and review SOPs within the relevant area.
- Regulatory Compliance: Represent system validity in customer audits and regulatory inspections.
- Education: Degree in natural sciences, Chemical Engineering, or relevant field.
- Experience: Experience with LIMS, CDS systems, and validation of computerized lab systems.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of quality management systems like DIN ISO 9001, 17025/17034, and familiarity with GAMP 5.
- Skills: Reliability, structured and goal-oriented work approach, excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Language: Proficiency in German and English.
