Qontigo is currently seeking an Index Client Service Associate to join our Customer Experience Group team as a full-time employee, based in our Eschborn,Germany office. In this role, the Index Client Service Associate will act as first-tier support for clients. These are the main responsibilities for the Index Client Service Associate:

- Answer detailed client inquiries about STOXX and DAX Indexes and methodology.
- Communicate and liaise with internal teams to deliver the best possible client experience.
- Act as the internal voice of clients within the organization by providing client feedback to the Product Management, Sales, R&D, and Operations teams.
- Participate in developing client relationships through proactive follow-up on issues raised by clients.
- Build and nurture relationships by ensuring relevant information is shared with clients.
- Keep up with current events and trends in the marketplace.

- Service-oriented individuals with a strong sense of ownership of client issues and an interest in building long-lasting relationships.
- Proactive and positive attitude with a "whatever it takes" approach to increase client satisfaction.
- Professional and courteous verbal and written communication skills.
- Eager to learn, develop and execute in a changing corporate environment.
- Ease to adapt to changes with a mindset of questioning the status quo, proposing, and following up on potential process improvements.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight, short-term deadlines as well as to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities.
- Ability to work efficiently with diverse cultures on a global team.
- Strong interest in the financial markets and index industry
