- Du führst mit Leidenschaft und Begeisterung Dein Team zu Bestleistungen und verfolgst die Erreichung der gemeinsamen Aufgaben und Ziele fokussiert und motiviert; dabei nimmst Du Deine Teamlead-Rolle aktiv wahr und förderst die teamübergreifende Zusammenarbeit
- Du treibst und optimierst die Prozesse und Strukturen in Deinem Team und wirkst aktiv an teamübergreifenden Verbesserungen mit
- Du entwickelst klare Ziele und Kennzahlen für Dein Team und stellst operative Exzellenz in den Projektmanagementprozessen sicher
- Du agierst als technische:r Berater:in im Vertrieb und begleitest unsere Kund:innen von der ersten kreativen Ideengenerierung bis hin zur abgeschlossenen Implementierung unserer Produktlösungen
- Du sammelst Kundenfeedback und Projekterkenntnisse und setzt gemeinsam mit dem Product Team konkrete Initiativen um, um sicherzustellen, dass die gridX-Technologie dem Mitbewerb immer einen Schritt voraus ist
- Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Produkt
- und Entwicklungsteams sowie unserem Sales und Customer Success zusammen

**So stechen Du und Deine Bewerbung heraus**:

- Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Solution Engineer oder Technische:r Projektleiter:in (Enterprise) im B2B Bereich für komplexe Software-Lösungen und/oder IoT-Lösungen, davon mindestens 1 Jahr in einer Leadership-Rolle
- Du hast richtig Bock auf das Thema „Erneuerbare Energien” und Lust gemeinsam mit uns den Energiemarkt zu revolutionieren, Erfahrung in dem Bereich sind ein Vorteil aber kein Muss
- Du hast einen technischen Abschluss in Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Studium
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und effizient in Kombination mit einem hohen Maß an Energie sowie Lösungsorientierung
- Ausdrucksstarke Kommunikation, Durchsetzungsvermögen und das Arbeiten im Team sind für Dich selbstverständlich
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab
