Wer wir sind? **XbyX - Women in Balance** ist eine Lifestyle-Marke, die Frauen ab der Lebensmitte über Ernährung, Wechseljahre und gesundes Altern aufklärt. Außerdem bieten wir innovative, pflanzenbasierte Produkte auf Basis aktueller wissenschaftlicher Erkenntnisse. Selbst im wirtschaftlich schwierigen Umfeld der vergangenen Jahre haben wir unseren Umsatz jährlich mehr als verdoppeln können auf einen hohen siebenstelligen Betrag. Für den Ausbau unseres Wachstums suchen wir nun eine/n **Head of Marketing / CMO (m/w/d)**.

Deine Mission als **Head of Marketing / CMO **(m/w/d)** ist es, mehr Kundinnen für die XbyX Inhalte und Produkte zu begeistern, unsere Kundenbindung zu steigern und für ein erfolgreiches internationales Wachstum zu sorgen. Du führst ein sechsköpfiges Performance Marketing Team und koordinierst Onlinemarketing Kampagnen für die XbyX Programme und Produkte.

***DEINE AUFGABEN**:

- Du verantwortest alle Marketingaktivitäten und analysierst, planst und implementierst neue Marketingkanäle für unser Unternehmen
- Du führst unser erfahrenes, performance-orientiertes Marketingteam auf Augenhöhe und mit fachlicher Expertise und baust es langfristig mit talentierten Performance Marketern (m/w/d) weiter aus
- Du koordinierst marketing-seitig den internationalen Roll-Out in weitere Länder (in Q3/2023 erschließen wir den ersten nicht-deutschsprachigen Markt)
- Deine technische Affinität hilft dir bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres Onlineshops (auf Basis von Shopify) und der CRM-Aktivitäten hinsichtlich Conversion Optimierung und Customer Journey Entwicklung
- Du überwachst und analysierst relevante Marketing KPIs (z.B. CAC, Return on Ad Spend, etc.) und leitest Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der Performance ab
- Du bereitest Monats-, Quartals
- und Jahresbudgets für die Marketingabteilung vor und verwaltest diese mit deinem Marketing Team (das Budget in unseren Hauptkanälen meta Ads, Google Ads, Influencer Marketing liegt aktuell bei etwa 300k/Monat)
- Du analysierst kontinuierlich Markttrends, Verbraucherverhalten und Kundenpersönlichkeiten und leitest relevante Implikationen für XbyX und unser Produktsortiment ab

**DU BRINGST MIT**:

- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Head of Marketing (m/w/d) oder in ähnlicher Rolle im E-Commerce, vorzugsweise in einem D2C-Startup
- Erfahrung mit den wichtigsten Online Marketing Kanälen: meta Ads, Google Ads (SEA, Display, Shopping, YouTube, etc.), Influencer Marketing und Native Ads (Outbrain/Taboola)
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten, insbesondere Erfahrung in der Optimierung von Conversions und Onlineshops, sowie Spaß an A/B-Testing und am Umgang mit Zahlen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Strukturiertheit, Sorgfalt und gleichzeitig einen strategischen Blick für das große Ganze
- Einwandfreie deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse sowie Kenntnisse in Office-Software, insbesondere Excel / Google Sheets
