**Master Thesis im Bereich Entwicklung und Ausarbeitung eines flexiblen Lufteinlaufs mittels Morphing Strukturen (d/m/w)**:

Die gestiegenen Anforderungen an die neue Generation von Kampfflugzeugen erfordern kreative Lösungen. Vor allem sind hier die hohen Tarnfähigkeiten (engl. Low Observability) und die steigenden thermischen Belastungen aufgrund moderner elektronischer Bekämpfung zu nennen. Das Environmental Control System übernimmt hierbei die Regelung, Steuerung und Aufbereitung von Luft zur Kühlung und thermischen Kontrolle diverser Systeme. Dieses benötigt Lufteinläufe am Kampfflugzeug, die sich jedoch negativ auf die Tarnfähigkeiten auswirken.

Morphing Strukturen ermöglichen es aufgrund ihrer Formgebung bestimmte Bewegungen aktiv zu kontrollieren. In Kombination mit notwendigen Lufteinläufen lassen sich mittels der Morphing Strukturen flexible Lufteinläufe gestalten. Dies bedeutet für die erforderlichen Öffnungen der Zuluft, dass diese je nach Bedarf aktiv gesteuert werden und somit je nach Flugzustand und Mission die Tarnfähigkeiten erhalten bleiben können.

In Airbus internen Forschungstätigkeiten wurden verschiedene Morphing Strukturen in Kombination mit Lufteinläufen untersucht. Darüber hinaus sind Testbauteile mit einem internen 3D Drucker realisiert und analysiert worden. Damit der Stand der Technik voranschreiten kann, muss die Technologie anhand von detaillierter Flugzeugstruktur weiter untersucht werden. Dazu sollen auch weitere Morphing Strukturen in Betracht gezogen werden, unter Berücksichtigung der hohen Anforderungen an die Tarnfähigkeit. Hierzu sollen im Konkreten CAD Modelle aufgebaut werden, die mittels Simulation, additiven Fertigungsverfahren hergestellt und Versuchsreihen weiter analysiert werden können. Dabei sollen im Detail Machbarkeitsstudien, Vorteile, Nachteile und Risiken der Technologie herausgearbeitet werden.

**Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**:

- Literaturrecherche zum Stand der Technik Morphing Strukturen, Tarnfähigkeit und Geometrien von Lufteinläufen.
- Entwicklung und Aufbau eines flexiblen Lufteinlaufs durch Morphing Strukturen für ein zukünftiges Kampfflugzeug.
- Konstruktion der flexiblen Lufteinlaufkonzepte im CAD.
- Analyse der Lufteinlaufkonzepte (Simulation, Fertigung, Versuchsreihen).
- Bewertung der flexiblen Lufteinlaufkonzepte hinsichtlich Tarnfähigkeit und Machbarkeit.

**Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen**:

- Eingeschriebener Vollzeitstudent im Master (d/m/w) im Bereich Luft-und Raumfahrttechnik, Maschinenbau oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung.
- sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit den Microsoft Office Programmen.
- sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Computer Aided Engineering Programmen (CATIA, Hyperworks).
- Affinität und Erfahrung im militärischen Flugzeugbau.
- Kenntnisse im additiven Fertigungsverfahren (Slicer Software, Fused Filament Fabrication).
- Deutsch: fließend/verhandlungssicher.
- Englisch: fortgeschritten.
- Sie sind teamfähig, kommunikativ und verfügen über eine eigenständige Arbeitsweise.
