**Masterarbeit: Entwicklung und Ausarbeitung von speziellen Kupplungen für multifunktionale Strukturen **(d/m/w)**:

Der Begriff multifunktionale Strukturen beschreibt eine Struktur, die neben den primären Aufgaben der Formgebung und Lastenübertragung auch weitere Funktionen übernimmt. Diese können z.B. den Fluidtransport von mechanischen Systemen umfassen. Als multifunktionale Struktur können die im Flugzeugbau üblicherweise verwendeten Versteifungsprofile als Hohlkörper ausgelegt werden, die auch strukturintegrierte Leitungen genannt werden. Mit Hilfe von speziellen Verbindern werden einzelne strukturintegrierte Leitungen zu einem Leitungsnetzwerk aufgebaut.

In Airbus internen Forschungsarbeiten sind die Durchführbarkeit und Anwendung dieser Technologie an einem generischen Modell herausgearbeitet worden. Damit der Stand der Technik voranschreiten kann, muss die Technologie anhand von detaillierter Flugzeugstruktur weiter untersucht werden. Hierzu soll eine komplexe State of the Art Flugzeugstruktur als CAD Modell aufgebaut werden, in welcher die strukturintegrierten Leitungen als multifunktionale Struktur eingebunden sind. Im Speziellen sollen besondere Kupplungselemente entwickelt, gefertigt und untersucht werden. Die Kupplungselemente sollen die Schnittstelle zwischen Ausrüstung und multifunktionaler Struktur darstellen. Die ausgearbeiteten Modelle sollen mittels Simulation verifiziert werden und auf Vorteile, Nachteile und Risiken der Technologie untersucht werden. Die ausgearbeiteten Ergebnisse sollen mit einer konventionellen Bauweise verglichen werden können.

**Die Masterarbeit umfasst folgende studentische Aufgaben**:

- Literaturrecherche zum Stand der Technik Flugzeugstrukturen, multifunktionalen Strukturen und Kraftstoffsystemkomponenten.
- Entwicklung und Aufbau eines Flugzeugstrukturkonzepts für ein zukünftiges Kampfflugzeug mit Berücksichtigung der vorgestellten Technologie.
- Betrachtung der Zertifikations
- und Qualifikationskriterien für die Zulassung.
- Konstruktion des Strukturkonzepts und speziellen Kupplungen im CAD.
- Strömungsmechanische - und Festigkeitsanalysen des Struktur
- und Kupplungskonzepts mittels geeigneter Solver z.B. Hyperworks.
- Bewertung und Gegenüberstellung des Struktur
- und Kupplungskonzepts zu einer konventionellen Bauweise.

**Stellenanforderungen**:

- eingeschriebener Student (d/m/w) im Bereich Luft
- und Raumfahrttechnik, Maschinenbau oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung
- sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit den Microsoft Office Programmen
- gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Computer Aided Engineering Programmen (CATIA, Hyperworks)
- Affinität und Erfahrung im militärischen Flugzeugbau
- Deutsch: fließend/verhandlungssicher
- Englisch: fortgeschritten
- Sie sind teamfähig, kommunikativ und verfügen über eine eigenständige Arbeitsweise
