Diese Position ist für ein Jahr befristet- Erstellung von Kostenübersicht Reports für die Instandhaltung.
- Anfrage von Angebote nach Spezifikation der Meister E-Werkstatt & M-Werkstatt sowie die Bestellung und Nachverfolgung dieser.
- Festlegung von Ersatzteilen in Bezug auf Notwendigkeit, Qualität und Anzahl in Abstimmung mit dem Betreiber.
- Einhaltung aller internen und externen Sicherheitsrichtlinien bezüglich Umweltschutz, Arbeits
- und Verkehrssicherheit lt. Grace EHS-System, und Sicherstellung entsprechender aktueller Mängeln bzw. Fehlverhalten, sowie regelmäßige Unterweisung der elektrotechnischen unterwiesenen Personen (EuP) - (Grace
- und Fremdfirmenmitarbeiter).

**Required Qualifications**
- abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem kaufmännischen Beruf - bzw. eine mind. 3 jährige Berufserfahrung in einem ähnlichen Berufszweig
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Instandhaltung, Anlagenplanung oder Projektarbeit im industriellen Umfeld
- Kenntnisse in SAP-PM Modul
- Kenntnisse in MS Office Anwendungen
- Selbstständigkeit, Organisationsfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative
- lösungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln
- Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit und -bereitschaft
- Teamfähigkeit
- umfangreiche kaufmännische Kenntnisse (Kostenstellenrechnung, Kennzahlenermittlung)
