HR Administrator

Administrative HR support
- Document creation and filing (contract management, data maintenance, etc.)
- Creation of reports and documentation lists
- Coordination and contract person for external payroll service providers in France, Italy and UK
- Administrative coordination and contact person for recruiting
- Coordination and support for HR onboarding of new employees
- Support for further education and training
- Assistance with HR projects

**Qualifications**
- Completed commercial or hotel management apprenticeship, HR specialist education
- First professional experience in HR Administration
- Confident handling of MS Word and Excel
- Flexibility, ability to work independently, team player and strong communicator
- Excellent German and English skills, French or Italian would be an advantage
