**We are looking for a Vendor Management Specialist (M/F/d) to support our Customer Service Team in Berlin-Lichtenberg to start as soon as possible.**

**Job Description**:

- Developing and sustaining long-standing relationships with company-approved vendors
- Define project schedule including all tasks, durations, owners and dependencies for all activities required for the Ramp Up
- Manage overall risk factors inherent in outsourcing setup and control the results outcome and SLA
- Establishing standards by which to assess the performance of approved vendors
- Evaluating current vendor management programs and identifying ways to improve them
- Meeting with suitable vendors to assess their products, inquire about their services, negotiate pricing, and communicate any product or service-related concerns

**Qualifications**:

- 3 years working experience as a vendor manager in Customer Service or Customer Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Studies, Business and Economics or Business Management
- Excellent financial acumen and experience of service delivery processes, models, and strategy
- Strong negotiation management, and decision-making skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Fluent level of communication skills in German and English (are mandatory), French as a plus
