- Führung, Inspiration, Ausbau und Weiterentwicklung des Strategieteams
- Eigenverantwortliche Beratung und Weiterentwicklung der Kunden bei allen kommunikationsstrategischen Fragen
- Leitung und Durchführung von Präsentationen, Workshops, Pitches & Co. mit besonderem Schwerpunkt auf attraktive narrative Aufbereitung
- Identifikation von Trends und Wissenstransfer innerhalb von C3
- Entwicklung, Konzeption und Präsentation von kanalübergreifenden Kommunikationsstrategien und Content-Ökosystemen inklusive dessen Leistungskennwerte
- Enge Zusammenarbeit bei der Operationalisierung der Strategie mit den Bereichen Content, Kreation, Performance und Technologie

**Was wir uns von dir wünschen...**:

- Teamleiter:in, Kommunikator:in, Impulsgeber:in und treibende Kraft
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Agentur oder im Bereich strategische Kundenberatung - idealerweise als Führungskraft
- Erfahrung in der Führung von Pitches mit hoher Beratungskompetenz
- Sicheres Auftreten und Präsentationsstärke sowie hohe Eigenmotivation und Ehrgeiz
- Erfahrung und methodisches Wissen für ein strategisches Aufgabenfeld mit Content im Zentrum
- Besondere Affinität zur pointierten erzählerischen Aufbereitung komplexer Sachverhalte
- Exzellente analytische, lösungsorientierte und konzeptionelle Denke mit einem Gespür für Ideen, Trends und Marken
- Gute Kenntnisse in Markt
- und Markenanalyse, Marktforschung (sekundär und primär, qualitativ und quantitativ) und der Strategieentwicklung
- Gute PowerPoint / Keynote Skills inkl. Visualisierungsstärke
- Spaß an der Arbeit in multidisziplinären Agentur
- und Kundenteams
