Our team specializes in FMCG and retail. Together with strong, unique brands like OTTO, bonprix, Rolf Benz, Avene and Disney, we develop new brand strategies, customer-centric campaigns and digital products. We find new ways to combine creation, data and media.

**What you can expect**
- Lead, inspire, grow, and develop the strategy team with passion and empathy.
- Independent consultation and development of clients based on specific brand and business objectives to create growth opportunities.
- Identify trends and transfer knowledge—both internally and externally.
- Lead and execute presentations, workshops, pitches, and new business activities with particular focus on channel and brand strategies from a digital-first perspective.
- Process facilitation—from research, insights, and strategy to the final creative ideas.
- Explore new topics and understand e-commerce and CRM strategies.
- Co-create with our interdisciplinary project teams and ensure successful delivery of strategies, offers and campaigns.
- Ensure a very high quality in strategies, while taking the management of resources into consideration.
- Work closely together with the performance team to create data-inspired strategies and true results.
- Collaborate with our international units/teams on topics on a global scale.

**What we'd love to see**
- At least 6 years in brand and communication strategy, at least 2 years of experience in team management.
- Expertise in B2C marketing, FMCG, and retail communication—e-commerce and CRM are a plus.
- Experience in scoping and planning of strategy project approaches.
- Proven track record of developing effective brand and communication strategies that deliver business outcomes.
- Digital-first strategic thinking and understanding the challenges and opportunities that consumer brands and retailers face, and what it takes for them to stand out in the market.
- Outstanding strength in strategic storytelling and conceptual ideas.
- Ability to analyze insights from qualitative and quantitative data and create actionable solutions for business and user challenges.
