Team

Im Bereich AML werden in Abstimmung mit dem Vorstand der Bank alle Vorgaben, die zur Verhinderung der Geldwäsche und Terrorismusfinanzierung sowie strafbarer Handlungen gegen die Bank dienen, definiert und deren Umsetzung überwacht.

Deine Aufgaben
- Führung und fachliche Leitung des AML-Teams.
- Beratung der Geschäftsleitung in allen geldwäscherechtlichen Fragestellungen.
- Begleitung von bankweiten Projekten aus der AML-Perspektive.
- Begleitung von externen und internen Prüfungen mit AML-Bezug.
- Weiterentwicklung der Programme und Prozesse im Rahmen der Geldwäscheprävention der Bank.
- Kontinuierliche Überwachung der Einhaltung der regulatorischen Anforderungen im Bereich Geldwäscheprävention.
- Laufender Austausch mit der Aufsicht zu geldwäscherechtlichen Pflichten der Bank.
- Berichterstattung an die Geschäftsleitung zu allen AML-relevanten Themen.

Dein Profil
- Seniore, entscheidungsstarke Führungspersönlichkeit mit mehrjähriger (mind. 5 Jahre), relevanter Führungserfahrung im Geldwäschebereich einer Bank oder einem Finanzdienstleister, vorzugsweise als Geldwäschebeauftragter.
- Abgeschlossenes Jura
- oder vergleichbares Studium ist von Vorteil.
- Tiefe Kenntnis der einschlägigen gesetzlichen Vorgaben, insbesondere der FATF Empfehlungen, EBA Guidelines, GWG, KWG und BaFin AuA sowie deren wirksame Umsetzung in Organisationen.
- Exzellente analytische, organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten.
- Hands-on Mentalität und eigenverantwortliches, vorausschauendes Handeln gepaart mit hoher unternehmerischer Dynamik.
- Affinität für technologische Neuerungen / Automatisierung.
- Hohe Integrität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
- Hoher Anspruch an die Qualität der eigenen Arbeit.
- Empathische Führungskraft mit exzellenten Leadership Skills.
- Überzeugende Kommunikation in Englisch und Deutsch erforderlich (Wort und Schrift).
