The Purpose (of the role):
As Regional Environment and Energy (E²) Coordinator you develop a Regional E² strategy based on Global and Zone Strategies and regional input.

The role:

- implement the execution of the E² strategy together with Environment, Brewery Managers and BOPS Director
- Develop regional strategy, based on global/zone strategies and regional input
- Implement Global/Zone E² Policies, SOPs, Technical Specs and Legal Standards for E² in the region as well as Water 1:1, Net Zero Brewing, VPO autonomous operations
- Drive continuous improvement of E² performance, organizing support to Breweries through the ZBS network
- Coordinate the budget for E² in the region

Who we’re looking for:

- Degree in Engineering/Science or similar technical disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operational leadership role in Supply
- Minimum 2 years of technical experience in E&F process. Knowledge of the Supply Chain Processes
- Strong indirect leadership and interpersonal relationships skills
- Advanced MS Office and Reporting tools
- Advanced English and German, written and spoken
