For a project assignment with our well-known international customer AIRBUS in Bremen, Germany, we are looking for you as specialist for energy management (f/m/d).**_IHRE AUFGABE - RESPONSIBILITIES_**
**DE**
- Festlegung von Strategie und Politik für Energiemanagement und -versorgung, Vorschlagen und Koordinieren von energiesparenden Flaggschiffprojekten (transnat)
- Vorwegnahme und Gestaltung internationaler/nationaler Vorschriften, Benchmarking Untersuchung und Erprobung neuer Technologien und bewährter Verfahren im Energiebereich
- Bewertung neuer Vorschriften mit Auswirkungen auf den Energiesektor
- Verwaltung von Energieversorgungspunkten, Verwaltung der an das öffentliche Netz und an Mieter verkauften Energie Sammlung von Daten, Gewährleistung der Genauigkeit und Verfügbarkeit von Energiedaten
- Berichterstattung über Energie und CO2 für die Behörden: ETS-CCL-CRC
- Analysieren von Daten, Identifizieren der Treiber, Erstellen von Verbrauchsprofilen
- Überwachung, Prognose und Berichterstattung über Budget, Einsparungen und Fahrplan
- Festlegung von Energiezielen und -technologien für neue Bauprojekte
- Definition der Betriebsstrategie für Energieerzeugungsanlagen
- Umsetzung und Pflege des Masterplans für Energieerzeugungsanlagen
- Untersuchung von Energieeinsparmöglichkeiten
- Definition und Umsetzung eines Aktionsplans für Energieeinsparungen
- Verwalten von Energiesparprojekten am Standort
- Vorbeugende und korrigierende Wartung zur Energieeinsparung definieren, EPC verwalten, zu SLA beitragen**EN**
- Define Strategy and policy for Energy management & Supply, Propose and coordinate Energy saving FlagShip projects (transnat)
- Anticipates and shape International/National regulation, Benchmark Investigate and experiment new technologies and best practices for Energy
- Evaluate new regulation impacting Energy
- Manage Energy Supply Delivery Point, Manage Energy sold to public grid and tenants Collect data, ensure accuracy and availability of energy data
- Report energy and CO2 for authorities :ETS-CCL-CRC
- Analyze data, identify the drivers, build consumption profile
- Monitor, forecast and report budget, savings and roadmap
- Define Energy target and technologies for new building construction project
- Define Energy Generation Asset operation Strategy
- Realize and maintain Energy Generation Site Master Plan
- Investigate energy savings opportunities
- Define and implement Energy saving action plan
- Manage site energy saving projects
- Define Preventive and corrective maintenance to save energy, manage EPC, contribute to SLA**_IHR PROFIL - QUALIFICATIONS_**
- Berufsausbildung zum/zur Anlagenmechaniker:in (Sanitär, Heizungs
- und Klimatechnik) oder Studium im Ingenieurwesen oder der Umwlettechnik oder Versorgungstechnik oder vergleichbar
- Fundierte Fachkenntnisse im Bereich technische Gebäudeausrüstung und -instandhaltung (Heizung, Lüftung, Kälte, Sanitär, Druckluft, Elektro)
- Praktische Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Gebäudeleittechnik, Auswertung und Lesen von "Bildern", Ableitung von Problemlösungen und Verbesserungen (z. B. Siemens Desigio sowie Kieback und Peter Neutrino)
- Gute Kenntnisse von CAFM Systemen z. B. SAP PM (Aktualisierung von Equipments, Pflege von Wartungs
- und Prüfplänen, Meldungen/ Banfen/ Aufträge anlegen)
- Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch verhandlungssicher, Englisch verhandlungssicher- Vocational training as a plant mechanic (sanitary, heating and air-conditioning technology) or studies in engineering or environmental technology or supply technology or comparable
- Sound technical knowledge in the field of technical building equipment and maintenance (heating, ventilation, cooling, sanitary, compressed air, electrical)
- Practical experience in dealing with building control systems, evaluating and reading "pictures", deriving solutions to problems and improvements (e.g. Siemens Desigio as well as Kieback and Peter Neutrino)
