As we expand our projects, we are seeking a talented Project Planner with experience in offshore wind farm foundations to join our team on a contract basis.

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Planner with expertise in offshore wind farm foundations to support the planning and execution of our upcoming projects. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure the successful completion of our offshore wind farm developments.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and timelines for offshore wind farm projects, with a specific focus on foundations.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and bottlenecks to ensure projects stay on track and within budget.
• Monitor project progress and performance against established schedules, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Prepare regular status reports and updates for project stakeholders, communicating progress, milestones, and any deviations from the original plan.
• Provide expert guidance and support on project planning best practices, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably within the renewable energy or offshore wind industry.
• Strong understanding of offshore wind farm foundations and associated construction processes.
• Proficiency in project management software tools, such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work offshore as required.
