**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
As a passionate **Communications Specialist**, you’ll be part of our Internal Communications team. You’ll shape BCG’s corporate communications internally and thus also externally—because what happens internally is also perceived externally.

With creative ideas and storytelling skills, you’ll ensure that communication channels are brought to life and that exchanges happens. In addition, you’ll advise committees, departments, and offices in Central Europe—with a focus on Germany and Austria—in designing and implementing communication measures, and proactively contribute to advancing our internal communication strategy.

**YOU'RE GOOD AT**:

- You’re a proficient writer with excellent style and are able to describe complex business topics for specific target groups in a way they understand and enjoy.
- You skillfully use your storytelling capabilities for suitable communications.
- You think in 360-degree/newsroom terms and know how to prepare content in all channels appropriately for the respective target group.
- Thanks to your strong communication skills, networking is a matter of course for you, and you know how to achieve goals together with your team members and various internal departments.
- You’re quick to pick up on things and always willing to familiarize yourself with new topics. All the while, you develop great ideas to advance your team—for you, good just isn’t good enough.
- You see yourself as an organizational and improvisational talent and keep a cool head even in stressful situations

**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:

- You have a university degree, ideally in business, social sciences, or communications.
- You have professional experience in the field of communications, preferably from work at a consulting firm, communications agency, or editorial office.
- You’ve gained experience with moving image and video formats.
- Your written and spoken German and English language skills are excellent.

**YOU'LL WORK WITH**:
You’ll be part of a four-member team, working together closely with your colleagues in Marketing and Communications in the Düsseldorf, Munich, Vienna, Budapest, Prague, and Warsaw offices. Your manager will assist you in familiarizing yourself with the company and developing professionally, and you will also always be able to draw upon the experience of the team.
