**Flight Test Operations Assistant (d/f/m)**:
As a Airbus Commercial Aircraft Flight Test center, our mission is to prepare and conduct all ground and flight test activities on serial aircraft in the Flight Line as well as in the Delivery Phase in Hamburg. As a multinational team of around several Test Engineers and Test Pilots, we are also supporting development and worldwide in-service flight test activities.
We are looking for an assistant to support the Head Of Flight Test Operations Hamburg and the team itself.
This role is also available with reduced weekly hours and an adapted scope of tasks.
**Your location**:
You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Experience the special flair of Hamburg in your spare time where vibrant cosmopolitan culture meets nautic legacy.

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:
- Personal assistant for the Head Of Flight Test Operations Hamburg
- Team assistant to the Flight Test Operations Hamburg team
- Schedule management (organization meetings / priorities / conflicts)
- Support on travel bookings, expense reports follow-up, IT requests, office supplies
- Car access and support to visitors (point of contact)
- Communication to customers for delivery preparation and distribution to in-service test documentation
- Organization of flight crew training simulator sessions and invoice follow-up
- Support in Health & Safety related tasks
**Desired skills and qualifications**:
- You have completed vocational training as an office clerk or a similar qualification
- You possess excellent organizational skills and are able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- You are tech-savvy, willing to learn and adopt new tools and technologies
- You are confident in managing demanding individuals in a calm and professional manner
- You are comfortable communicating with high-level colleagues
- You have a strong customer service orientation
- Ideally, you have previous experience in the aviation industry
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy helping others
- You are fluent in English and German, with French language skills being a plus
This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
