Wir suchen eine/n Associate zur Unterstützung des CEO in den Bereichen Strategieentwicklung, Fundraising, interne Organisation und Investor Relations. Du berichtest direkt an die Geschäftsleitung und wirst die Entwicklung von LivAir auf ein völlig neues Niveau bringen. **Aufgaben**
- Du wirst eng mit dem CEO/CFO an verschiedenen Projekten wie internationalen Marktstrategien, Geschäftsentwicklung, Monetarisierungsstrategien usw. zusammenarbeiten.
- Im Rahmen der Investor Relations bist du für Vorstandspräsentationen und KPI-Messungen zuständig.
- Darüber hinaus unterstützt du bei der kaufmännischen und finanziellen Due Diligence von neuen Investitions
- und M&A-Targets sowie bei der Markt
- und Wettbewerbsanalyse.
- Du erstellst außerdem Ad-hoc-Finanzanalysen und Finanzmodelle für Fundraising-Prozesse, Tochtergesellschaften und interne Sitzungen.

**Anforderungen**
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Beratung, Bankwesen, Private Equity, Wirtschaftsprüfung, Start-up/Unternehmertum und/oder Risikokapital
- Du hast dein Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit guten Leistungen erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Du hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, eine hohe Lernbereitschaft und ein großes Interesse an der persönlichen und beruflichen Weiterentwicklung
- Du arbeitest präzise und gewissenhaft
- Du verfügst über sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (vor allem Excel)
- Du denkst unternehmerisch und hast eine praktische und tatkräftige Mentalität
- Optional: Erfahrung in der B2B-Technologiebranche in einer ähnlichen Funktion sowie in der Gründung von Unternehmen und deren rechtlichen Herausforderungen
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
