About the Job

We’re looking for a highly motivated Founders Associate (M/F/d) to join one of our portfolio companies, and navigate the complexities of a dynamic start-up environment. As the interface between management, technical departments, and sales, you will have the opportunity to gain a deep understanding of all facets of a start-up.

In this role, you’ll focus on attending strategy discussions with stakeholders to practical hands-on tasks that include office management, inventory oversight, and technical planning.

→ Our portfolio company which is a defense technology company that specializes in developing autonomous unmanned systems and sensors for the European defense sector.

**In this role, you’ll**:

- Efficiently manage the CEO and CTO's calendar, orchestrating a symphony of meetings and priorities to keep the tech leaders on the path to success.
- Be the coordination conductor; skilfully scheduling and harmonising meetings to ensure everyone is in tune.
- Assume the role of a gatekeeper, screening and prioritising requests and inquiries.
- Manage and handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives that reflect the dynamic nature of a tech start-up.
- Manage and oversee inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, verifying orders, and managing the receipt of goods.

Your Profile
- A minimum of two years of professional experience, preferably complemented by a practical technical background, providing a strong foundation for the role
- Exhibit exceptional organisational and time management skills, with a proven ability to efficiently manage tasks and projects
- Proficiency with the Microsoft office suite would be essential
- A genuine passion for technology and an innate ability to comprehend the intricacies of hands-on technical aspects within the company's operations would be a plus
- Good proficiency in German and English is essential
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Open to occasional travel would be essential.

Please note that we’re looking for support in the Munich office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work in the EU is required.
