Summary

For the Group Controlling department, we are looking for a "Head of Group Planning, Processes & Tools (M/F/d)" at the Taufkirchen location as soon as possible.

The Group Planning, Processes & Tools department controls all group-wide planning processes and is responsible for the HENSOLDT Finance Information Toolset (FIT). It forms the central interface for all planning, consolidation and reporting processes and hereby actively shapes the financial processes of the group.

Your Tasks- Coordination and steering of the central planning processes of the HENSOLDT Group (business planning, monthly planning, forecasts)- Disciplinary, technical and organizational management of the "Group Planning, Processes & Tools" department- Responsible for the group's financial toolset with a strong focus on its ongoing improvement and further development- Ensuring the correct execution of the service flows between HENSOLDT entities for indirect services (in the context of transfer pricing)- Conducting ad hoc analyzes for various stakeholders- Support for group-wide projects to increase efficiency- Active promotion of digitization topics for your own area of responsibility- Involvement in the transformation to SAP S/4 Hana

Your Profile- Academic degree in economics, business administration or equivalent- Extensive professional experience in a comparable area of responsibility- Experience in leadership and in leading complex projects- Profound understanding of finance IT technologies complemented by a strong IT affinity-
- Independent, structured, proactive and goal-oriented way of working- Strong communication and problem-solving skills as well as a high level of team orientation- English and German language at negotiation level
