Head of Group Non-Financial Reporting

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team in implementing the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and optimizing our EU Taxonomy reporting processes.

As Head of Group Non-Financial Reporting, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the implementation of CSRD and EU Taxonomy reporting processes
  • Developing and implementing a governance structure for non-financial reporting
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Providing ad-hoc analyses for management and preparing decision-making documents

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and reporting, with a focus on non-financial reporting
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
