Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced IT professional to lead our IT team and drive strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing IT teams, implementing process improvements, and driving project execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a lean IT team of currently 3 people, ensuring operational excellence and driving initiatives that enhance productivity and security
- Establish and refine IT processes, making them robust and adaptable to our fast-growing needs
- Engage in strategic planning and day-to-day tasks needed to move projects forward, maintaining high transparency throughout the process
- Proven ability to lead IT teams, ideally in medium to large companies (500+ employees), with a hands-on approach
- Experience in planning and executing IT projects that improve operational efficiency and team performance
- Proficiency with modern SaaS-based IT infrastructure such as Google Workspace
- Experience working in environments with stringent process cultures and familiarity with certifications like ISO27001
