We are seeking a motivated and talented Graphic Brand Designer to join our creative team. As a key member of our design department, you will contribute to the development of visually appealing and effective designs across various mediums. This is an excellent opportunity for a designer who is eager to grow their skills and contribute to projects in a collaborative and supportive environment.
**YOUR CHALLENGE**:
- Engage with cross-functional teams collaboratively to comprehend project goals and deliver designs aligning with the overall vision.
- Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions to meet project objectives, focusing on retention channels, B4B, and market localization (which involves providing support to local marketing efforts through visually captivating designs).
- Play a role in developing design assets, ensuring consistency, and adhering to Blacklane’s brand guidelines.
- Act as the guardian of our brand, articulating and justifying design decisions with precision to colleagues.
- Stay informed about industry trends, design tools, and technologies to continually enhance design skills.
**ABOUT YOU**:
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience, with a preference for those with an agency and/or CRM campaign background.
- You’re an expert in creating digital assets, with a clear understanding of technical capabilities and limitations. Confident in handling print projects and effectively communicating with printing houses.
- Proficient in tools such as Adobe CC, Figma, PowerPoint, Stripo, and Braze and you’re quick to learn new tools, embodying a proactive approach. Knowledge of HTML, and CSS is a significant advantage, contributing to a diverse skill set.
- You have an unwavering passion for design, actively seeking challenges to continually develop skills by taking full ownership of projects from start to finish, with a hands-on and structured approach.
- You possess the capability to maintain a meticulous focus on detail while ensuring the prompt and efficient delivery of results. Your work ethic is remarkably high, reflecting dedication and unwavering commitment to each undertaken project.
- You demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, fostering an inclusive and collaborative work culture.
