**Ihre Arbeitsaufgaben**:

- Sicherstellung der Produktlieferung an Kunden und den Außendienst
- Verantwortung für die Auftragssachbearbeitung und Kommunikation mit Kunden
- Ausarbeitung von Kalkulationen und Angeboten
- Durchführung des Bestellwesens und Bestandsmanagements
- Rechnungsprüfung und Terminüberwachung
- Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
- Unterstützung der Kollegen im Außendienst

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Berufserfahrung im Bereich Customer Service, Vertrieb oder Auftragsabwicklung von Vorteil
- Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS-Office
- Deutschkenntnisse auf C2-Niveau
- Englischkenntnisse auf B2/C1-Niveau sowie weitere Sprachkenntnisse
- Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und Organisationstalent
