**Your Role**
The BUSINESS SUPPORT CENTRAL EUROPE SAVOURY will play a crucial role in supporting customer relationships, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the strategic growth of our business.
**Human - People & Communication Management**:
- Address customer requests promptly with qualified and speedy responses.
- Facilitate customer visits and workshops to enhance relationships.
- Manage follow-up activities and communications after customer visits.
- Actively participate in customer visits to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
- Maintain intense communication with Business Support (BS) and Account Management (AM) teams in affiliates.
- Provide training for trainees and apprentices to build their skills and knowledge.
**Factual - Financial Management (Strategy & Planning**:
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Act as a sparring partner for Customer Development Plans (CDPs).
**Systemic - Processes (Pricing - Project Management)**:
- Prepare offers for customers and support price negotiation processes.
- Maintain key customer data across all systems.
- Coordinate cross-regional and sub-regional topics for strategic and global accounts regarding pricing and supply chain.
- Allocate briefing details and enter Request Briefing in the Project Management System together with Account Manager.
- Support the roll-out of new initiatives together with the AM.
**About You**
- Completed a commercial apprenticeship or holds a Bachelor of Business Administration ( or an equivalent qualification).
- Minimum of 2 years of business support experience or completed apprenticeship.
- Basic technical knowledge about the products, the market, and customer needs.
- Strong project management skills, capable of planning, executing, and overseeing projects to successful completion.
- Proficient in English (additional languages are a plus).
