**Your Role**
As Vice President Central & Eastern Europe F&B EAME you'll directly report to our President F&B. Central & Eastern Europe represents one of the three Symrise EAME Market Clusters. The VP CEE holds full Market Cluster P&L accountability. In addition, the role shapes the Food and Beverage EAME future of Symrise through its membership in the European Leadership Team. Your responsibilities span over all core functions empowering the Market Cluster to grow such as the Marketing Director CEE, BPP Director CEE, Channel Management VP, Sales Director CE, Managing Director EE etc.
- You actively participate in the delivery of our safety policy as well as our sustainability target.
- You are responsible of Pro forma P&L of the Central&Eastern Europe Cluster.
- You deliver ambitious, sustainable, and profitable growth with cluster respective customers, categories and white spots, including International Key Accounts.
- You drive Marketing to ensure delivery of localized and tailored initiatives to the Markets to enable our growth ambition, a fit for purpose Winning Local Collections in collaboration with all relevant functions at regional & Market Cluster level, and leverage local sensory insight to guide the development of winning products for the market.
- You'll steer performance of the Market Cluster P&L together with cluster Business Planning & Performance team (BPP), including cost management and budgetary control, ensuring clear target setting and performance management across the Market Cluster, drive the execution of pricing strategies and pricing campaigns in the Market, and provide a forward-looking operational view as part of S&OP.
- You define the area where Business Development Management is required to drive growth with new customers (“white spots”) and develop the commercialization of new business areas, for example Naturals, Alternative Protein, and Processed Meat among others.
**About You**
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in P&L management in similar industries.
- You work effectively with other business functions, including Finance, Commercial, BI and Operations
- You are a high skilled communicator and presenter with “Story telling” skills and the ability to present to a senior audience.
- You have the ability and drive to investigate drivers of performance in detail.
- You have an analytical and conceptual way of working and you are experienced in the common data analytics tools.
- You are a fluent business english speaker and ideally have good command of another major language.
