**Main mission**:
Team BOM’s mission is to develop and promote the SENA product sales in the Bicycle/Outdoor/Marine markets in Europe. And you will contribute to the dealer sales network development in Germany.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue business opportunities with potential customers
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client leads
- Analyse data and create reports to identify areas of business growth
- Maintain beneficial relationships with customers
- Ensure good communication flow with internal / external customers
- Attend to industry events and shows of Bicycle, Outdoor and Marine products
- Ensure regular report to management
**Qualifications**:
- Strong customer relationship skills
- Committed, self-motivated and pro-active team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills **in English and in German**:
- Ability to travel as required
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Min. 2-year College degree in Business Administration, Commercial, Marketing or Technic
- Experience in Bicycle, Outdoor or Marine Industry (product category / retail business / brand)
- Proven work experience in Sales
- Commands of additional languages, such as Korean, French, Italian and Spanish
