- Novocure ist ein weltweit tätiges Onkologie-Unternehmen mit dem Ziel, durch die Entwicklung und Vermarktung seiner innovativen Therapie Tumor Treating Fields (TTFields), das Leben von Patienten mit einigen der aggressivsten Formen von Krebs zu verlängern. Die kommerziell verfügbaren Produkte von Novocure sind für die Behandlung erwachsener Patienten mit Glioblastom und malignem Pleuramesotheliom zugelassen. Novocure verfügt über laufende oder abgeschlossene klinische Studien, in denen die Anwendung der TTFields bei Hirnmetastasen, nicht-kleinzelligem Lungenkrebs, Pankreaskrebs, Eierstockkrebs, Leberkrebs und Magenkrebs untersucht wird bzw. wurde.

Novocure unterhält seinen Hauptsitz in Root (Schweiz) und betreibt in den USA Standorte in Portsmouth (New Hampshire), Malvern (Pennsylvania) und New York City (New York). Darüber hinaus unterhält das Unternehmen Niederlassungen in Deutschland, der Schweiz, Japan und Israel.

**Coordinator (m/w/d) Sales & Marketing**

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du bist für die Bereiche Sales & Marketing der erste Ansprechpartner für eine Vielzahl von Initiativen. Du unterstützt die Mitarbeiter bei der Umsetzung und bringst dabei auch eigene Ideen sowie Umsetzungs
- und Lösungsvorschläge proaktiv ein
- Auch bei der Planung von lokalen Veranstaltungen und Kongressen und deren Umsetzung unterstützt du die Bereiche Marketing und Sales
- Zudem gehört die Pflege von Daten im SAP-System und im CRM-System zu deinen Aufgaben. Dabei hältst du bestehende Daten auf dem neuesten Stand und du arbeitest eng mit dem Stammdaten-Team zusammen
- Die Bereitstellung von Ausstellungs
- und Demomaterial für Kongresse und Veranstaltungen wird von dir geplant und organisiert
- Zudem arbeitest du an der Erstellung von Verträgen mit (z.B. Redner-, Vorsitzende-, Sponsoring
- und kleinere Veranstaltungsverträge) und du verwaltest diese

**Dein Profil**:

- Du hast deine Ausbildung oder dein Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen und konntest bereits erste praktische Berufserfahrungen sammeln
- Deine Arbeitsweise zeichnet sich durch eine hohe Eigenmotivation und Proaktivität aus und du bist ein Organisationstalent. Durch deine Eigeninitiative bringst du dich in die Bereiche Marketing & Sales ein und Du findest kreative Lösungen für Fragestellungen unter Berücksichtigung der Unternehmensrichtlinien und Unternehmensziele
- Du beherrscht die gängigen MS Office Anwendungen und hast idealerweise bereits mit SAP und CRM-Systemen gearbeitet
- Es fällt dir leicht, Prioritäten zu setzen und deine Zeit effizient unter Einhaltung von Fristen zu managen
- Du konntest idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen in einem internationalen Arbeitsumfeld sammeln und du kommunizierst sicher in Deutsch und Englisch
