**Role & responsibilities**:

- Strategic Influence and Execution: Exert C-Level influence on the strategy and execution of Skaylink's cloud consulting and managed services for Siemens, impacting global delivery teams.
- Business Growth and Partnership Expansion: Establish and expand business with Siemens, convert opportunities through all deal phases, achieve successful wins, and build strategic partnerships with clients, AWS, and Microsoft.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact and aligning solutions with client objectives.
- Strategic Account Planning and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth, achieve sales targets, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaboration and Solution Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals addressing client challenges and objectives, and lead contract negotiations.
- Client Satisfaction and Business Reviews: Monitor client satisfaction levels, proactively address issues, and conduct regular business reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.

**Key elements to succeed**:

- Proven track record of success in sales or account management for Siemens, preferably within the IT Services / Cloud Services industry.
- Demonstrated experience managing global client accounts and driving 2-digit revenue growth.
- Established network into the Siemens organization on all management levels incl. C-level.
- High energy and action-oriented. A get-things-done attitude with an entrepreneurial self-starter mentality.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- A history of managing multi-level internal teams, aligning all business functions to successfully execute the strategic growth plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels, including C-level.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective account plans.
- Results-oriented with a focus on exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer value.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Fluent in German and Englisch.
