Associate Director

We are a global construction consultancy delivering trusted strategic advisory services and management support to some of the world’s most powerful and prestigious companies.

Our German team of highly skilled experts work in exciting, innovative sectors, delivering major projects that have a meaningful impact in the advancement of new technologies, improving healthcare services, and contributing to the development of a more sustainable built environment. With rapid growth plans underway across Europe, we have German offices in Frankfurt and Berlin, and a third opening in Munich this year.

We are actively recruiting a team of professional, driven experts to join Linesight and help us deliver outstanding projects for our clients. Frankfurt has established itself as one of the biggest data centre hubs in Europe, offering excellent connectivity for hyperscale and colocation data centre providers, and is continuing to attract major global investment.

As an **Associate Director **at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and talented teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. You will gain vast industry experience that will open doors for you, extend your skillset and expand your perspective.

**In this role you will**:
Act as the key account manager in the life sciences team, developing client relationships based upon partnership and trust
-Use your business development skills to engage new clients as well as repeat projects with existing clients
-Foster top performance and growth for your employees via excellent mentorship and leadership
-Lead your team to deliver impeccable quality and client value
-Actively participate in the tender/bid process—from initial tender/bid documentation through analysis and reporting
-Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments
-Oversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reports, and clearly communicate variations to your team
-Support nimble project management and clear decisions through excellent cost documentation and timely communication

**We would love to hear from you if you**:
- Are an experienced cost manager on large scale construction projects with increasing levels of leadership-
- Have extensive experience within life sciences, pharma, oil&gas, or heavy industrial construction projects-
- Are savvy in understanding the business model and pursuing market opportunities in life sciences-
- Have the right to work in Germany-
- Have knowledge or experience within the German market-
- Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing-
- Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun**About us**
