Head of Plant Engineering / Leitung Betriebstechnik (m/w/d)
**Ihre Arbeitsaufgaben**:
- Etablierung, Aufrechterhaltung und Weiterentwicklung von effizienten Prozessen und Anlagen für die Abteilung Plant Engineering (Betriebstechnik) zur Sicherstellung der technischen Verfügbarkeit von GMP- und non-GMP-Anlagen unter Berücksichtigung der gesetzlichen Rahmenbedingungen und Budgetvorgaben
- Sicherstellung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit sowie cGMP-Compliance der Prozess
- und Infrastrukturanlagen durch Instandhaltung Etablierung und Weiterentwicklung von Schnittstellenprozessen zwischen Herstellung, den unterstützenden Abteilungen
- Umsetzung von technischen Upgrades/Retrofits sowie Troubleshooting zur OEE-Sicherstellung und OEE-Erhöhung
- Fachliche sowie personelle Verantwortung für die übertragenen Verantwortungsbereiche und eigenverantwortliche Umsetzung der vorgegebenen Ziele
- Etablierung von allen regulatorisch notwendigen Prozessen und Dokumenten im Bereich HSE für den eigenen Verantwortungsbereich
**Unsere Anforderungen**:
- Studium im Bereich Verfahrenstechnik, Maschinenbau, Biotechnologie, Pharmatechnik oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung mit technischem Schwerpunkt
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich der Instandhaltung sowie Infrastrukturanlagen in einer Führungsposition (vorzugsweise im GMP-Umfeld)
- Nachweislich erfolgreiche Realisierung von technischen Projekten
- Erfahrung im Bereich von Lieferantenmanagement und Vertragsgestaltung (Wartungsverträge)
- Selbständige, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Zuverlässigkeit und Organisationsvermögen sowie Team
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
