**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a robust plant supply chain strategy aligned with our business goals.- Enhance MRPII knowledge and capabilities within the plant- Ensure timely procurement of production materials, supplies and equipment- Carrying out material, capacity and personnel requirements planning- Cross-departmental coordination and prioritization of, for example, incoming and outgoing goods, personnel deployment and machine capacities- Planning and coordination of external service providers- Preparation and maintenance of KPI's- Control of internal logistics to ensure on-time provision of materials and delivery of goods to customers- Lead of projects for process optimization and improvement- Implement a systemic approach, structuration capacities, and efficient process design.- Drive innovation and agility within our supply chain ecosystem.
Qualification- Overall 8+ years of working experience with 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain / Production Planning and at least 2 years of experience in Project Management- Masters in Engineering / Supply Chain or relevant field- Very good experience in S&OP and MPS- Experience in supply chain planning, inventory management and overall supply chain ecosystem- Be a change ambassador by identifying the opportunities for improvement and challenge conventional practices- Open minded to work in an intercultural environment- Co-operative, open and objective communication style- APICS CIPM Certification is plus- Fluent in English and German
