Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen **Head of Industrial Engineering (m/w/d) **bei der Palfinger Platforms GmbH am** Standort in Löbau.**

**Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören**:

- Führung und Motivation des Teams unter Berücksichtigung individueller Stärken und Fähigkeiten zur Förderung optimaler Leistungen,
- Gestaltung und Umsetzung effizienter wettbewerbsfähiger Wertschöpfungsprozesse für die Produktion von Hubarbeitsbühnen in variantenreichen Serien und Sonderkonstruktionen,
- Verantwortung für die Analyse, Planung und Umsetzung schlanker und effizienter Montage
- und Logistikprozesse am Standort,
- Kontinuierliche Betreuung und Optimierung der Produktionsbereiche (Logistik, Lackierung, Vormontagen, Endmontagen, Inbetriebnahme),
- Mitgestaltung in den Entwicklungsprojekten zur Sicherstellung einer kosteneffizienten und fertigungsoptimierten Produktgestaltung,
- Investitionsplanung im Verantwortungsbereich unter Berücksichtigung von Effizienz-, Unternehmens
- und Strategiezielen,
- Weiterentwicklung und Förderung des kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses (KVP),
- Regelmäßige Initiierung und Umsetzung von Zeitaufnahmen (REFA) zur Analyse, Bewertung und Gestaltung optimaler Arbeitsprozesse,
- Aktive Mitgestaltung im Leitungsteam.

**Dafür benötigen Sie**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in einem relevanten technischen Bereich, idealerweise Produktionstechnik

**Wir erwarten von Ihnen**:

- Intensive praktische Erfahrung in der Planung von Montage
- und Fertigungsprozessen, idealerweise im Bereich Serien
- und Sonderbaukonstruktionen,
- Konzeptionelle Stärke mit ausgeprägtem Umsetzungs
- und Gestaltungswillen,
- Umfangreiche Erfahrung in der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Leitung von Teams im Industrial Engineering,
- Ausgeprägtes Prozessverständnis und die Fähigkeit, strukturiert, methodisch und selbständig zu arbeiten,
- Sehr gute Methodenkenntnisse wie z. B. Lean Management, Six Sigma, REFA, MTM o. Ä.,
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, hohes Engagement und überzeugende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf allen Hierarchieebenen,
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse.
