TIER Mobility is Europe's leading shared micro-mobility provider, with a mission to Change Mobility for Good. By providing people with a range of shared, light electric vehicles, from e-scooters to e-bikes and e-mopeds, powered by a proprietary Energy Network, TIER helps cities reduce their dependence on cars. Founded in 2018 by Lawrence Leuschner, Matthias Laug and Julian Blessin.

Recently we have closed a financial transaction to merge with Dott. Together we create the European champion of shared micro-mobility, with revenues of €250m, supporting over 125M trips a year in more than 20 countries. Following this closing, teams across TIER and Dott will be progressively integrated. There has never been a more exciting time to join this ride

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- **Operative Leitung**: Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den reibungslosen Ablauf des tägliche Geschäft in Deiner Region, berichtest an die Regionsleitung und unterstützt diese im Recruiting eures Teams
- **Schichtplanung**: Du bist verantwortlich für die Planung, Koordination und Vorbereitung der Schichten unserer Fahrer
- **(Stellvertretende) Mitarbeiterführung**: Du leitest das Team in enger Abstimmung mit unserem Kollegen vor Ort
- **Projektarbeit**: Du packst auch selbst mit an, insbesondere bei Projekten, wie bei der Einführung neuer Prozesse und Umzügen, oder wenn dringende Aufgaben anstehen
- **Ansprechpartner**: Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für alle Themen und Belange Deiner Region
- **Step-by-Step Übernahme**: Eine schrittweise Übernahme der Verantwortung für Mainz-Wiesbaden ist später möglich

**Deine Qualifikationen**:

- Du konntest erste Berufserfahrung in der Logistik, Lagerverwaltung oder ähnlichem sammeln
- Du bist selbstbewusst, ein absoluter Teamplayer und hast idealerweise bereits ein kleines Team geleitet
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent und scheust dich nicht davor, auch mal mit anzupacken
- Du kennst Dich mit den Grundlagen der Schichtplanung und Excel aus
- Du sprichst Deutsch (mind. C1) und Englisch (mind. B1)
- Du hast einen gültigen Führerschein der Klasse B
