**BUSINESS SOLUTIONS**

**WORKING STUDENT DIGITAL SALES TOOLS**:

- Herzogenaurach, Germany**YOUR MISSION**:
Prepare commercial release notes and communicate to our users what is new in our platforms
-Participate in all project management rituals and support in the development of improvements to our processes and tools
-Administer processes that are crucial for the business
-Prepare and share newsletters to PUMAs sales organizations worldwide
-Monitor and report pending orders to make sure PUMA doesn’t miss out on any B2B sale
-Manage content in our B2B website, make sure all our products have images and prices to better serve our customers
-Manage and review customer feedback in order to propose process improvements based on such
-Manage small-scale projects self-dependently
-Prepare management meetings and document results
-Learn and connect with fantastic teams from multiple departments: IT, sales, merchandising as well as external vendors and stakeholders.

**YOUR TALENT**:
Educational background in either: economics, business administration, communications
-Fluent in English, other languages would be a plus
-Strong interest in presentation design and content management
-High commitment, organizational talent and flexibility with hands-on mentality
-Able to write down processes in a structure format
-Ability to engage others into conversation and presentations
-Very good MS Office skills (particularly PowerPoint and Excel)
-Passion for sports and/or fashion
-Starting date: as soon as possible; Duration: 6-12 months
