Die Logistik nach Jahren der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern wieder intern durchzuführen, die Logistik und Lieferkette besser zu verstehen, verzahnen und damit das A320-Programm optimal zu unterstützen sind die Kernaufgaben der Airbus Logistik GmbH.

Für diese neuen Chancen und Herausforderungen in der Welt der Logistik sucht die **Airbus Logistik GmbH **in Hamburg zum 01.02.2023 eine/n motivierte/n **Head of Quality, Health, Safety & Environment **(m/w/d) **für unseren Standort Am Genter Ufer im Skyhub **.

Zu Ihren Tätigkeiten gehören:

- **Gesamtverantwortung für das Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Management in der Airbus Logistik GmbH mit einer Organisationsgröße von zehn MitarbeiterInnen**
- **Führung und Entwicklung der Abteilung**
- **Konsolidierung und Standardisierung der heutigen Prozesse**
- **Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Effizienz und Effektivität in organisatorischen und digitalen Prozessen unter Einbindung der internen und externen Schnittstellen**
- **Steuerung und Durchführung von prozessübergreifenden Projekten innerhalb von Airbus**

**Quality Management**:

- **Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung des QM-Systems sowie Dokumentenmanagement in der Airbus Logistik GmbH**
- **Integration des Quality Management Systems (QMS) in das Airbus Operations QMS zur Sicherstellung der Airbus-POA Konformität**
- **Entwicklung von Schnittstellen für SLA Abstimmungen**
- **Business Quality Manager für die luftrechtlichen Prüfungen FU.SD.03.01 und FU.SD.03.03, sowie ggf. Freigabe neuer Vorschriften und Logistikprozesse**
- **Sicherstellung der Umsetzung der Vorschriften und Prozesse in den verantwortlichen Fachbereichen, sowie Prüfung und Bewertung der Auswirkungen**
- **Integration der ALG in die Airbus EN9001/9100 Zertifizierung oder Durchsetzung eigener Zertifizierungen**
- **Aufbau eines Qualitäts-Dashboards zur Messung der AL-Qualitätsleistung und somit Sicherstellung des Qualitätsbewusstseins in der Airbus Logistik GmbH**
- **Förderung eines Mindsets "Qualität in allem was wir tun" durch Analyse aller Non-Qualitätsfälle oder Reklamationsfälle; Sicherstellung einer soliden Ursachenanalyse**
- **Organisation operativer Qualitätsaktivitäten**
- **Erstellung, Organisation und Begleitung in der ALG für alle internen und externen Audits, wie z.B. EASA oder R18-Rolle als zentrale Anlaufstelle**
- **Verwaltung aller notwendigen Qualitäts-Genehmigungen**

**Health, Safety and Environment**:

- **Finale Implementierung des BIT-Tools**
- **Weiterentwicklung der Safety-First-Kultur in der Airbus Logistik GmbH**
- **Koordinator zu diversen Schnittstellen wie dem Betriebsärztlichen Dienst, dem Gefahrgut, Brandschutz, Sprengstoff und Umweltschutzbeauftragten**
- **Integration der Airbus Logistik GmbH in die Airbus ISO 14001 Zertifizierungen**

Folgende Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen sind erforderlich:

- **Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt **Logistik / Supply Chain / Qualitätsmanagement**
- **Mehrjährige disziplinarische Führungserfahrung**
- **Erfahrungen im Bereich Arbeits-, Gesundheits
- und Umweltschutz von Vorteil**
- **Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift**
- **Sichere IT-Kenntnisse im Bereich Google Workspace oder MS-Office**
- **Agiles Denken und Handeln, Verlässlichkeit, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Belastbarkeit**
- **Hohe Sozialkompetenz, **Durchsetzungsstärke, Empathie und Kreativität**
- **Strategisches Denken und Hands-on-Mentalität**
- **Belastbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Kundenorientierung
