**Health Coach**

Remote - Part-Time - Contract Work

We’re looking for an English and German speaking** Health Coach** that feels passionate about helping people with **Breast Cancer**.

**Our mission**

Our mission is to develop and deliver clinically effective and personalized digital therapeutics (DTx) to anyone living with a chronic disease to prevent unnecessary suffering and add millions of quality life years to people around the world.

**Your role in helping us achieve our mission**

As a Health Coach, your role in helping us achieve our mission is to guide our users on their health journey by giving them support, motivation, feedback, and guidance.

Your first coaching assignment will be with our Breast Cancer Program, and all coaching sessions will happen online through our coach portal.

**Responsibilities**
- Coach users in our German-speaking programs, supporting and guiding them through their Sidekick health program.
- Be attentive to users’ activity and progress and give feedback as needed.
- Provide feedback internally to improve programs and processes.
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders and teams within Sidekick.

**Soft Skills**
- You are empathetic, encouraging, and positive in your coaching.
- You are socially sensitive and a skilled communicator.
- You have outstanding time management skills.
- You are able to work in a collaborative setting on simultaneous projects.
- You are generally a fun and positive person to be around.
- You are able to shift between working in a collaborative team environment and working independently.

**Hard Skills**
- You are fluent in written and spoken English and German.
- You have a university degree and a background in health-tech, psychology, digital therapeutics, health coaching, or a similar field.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You are experienced in health or life coaching.
- You have an understanding of how health coaching is best applied to have a positive impact on people.
- You have experience with technologically driven products.
