Aufgaben
- Analyse und Ausarbeitung neuer Ansätze als Optimierungstool der Geschäftsprozesse in einem dynamischem Umfeld
- Koordination und Überwachung der Implementierungsprozesse in Zusammenarbeit mit dem IT-Manager
- Laufende Durchführung von Projekten (besonders in Digitalisierungsprozessen)
- Laufende Prozessoptimierungen
- Unterstützung der KeyUser in Bezug auf das Implementierungsverfahren
- Kanalisierung und Priorisierung der erarbeiteten Prozessmodelle für die jeweiligen Unternehmensbereiche
- Sie fungieren als wichtiges Bindeglied zwischen dem TOP-Management und den Bereichsleitern der jeweiligen Abteilungen
- Reporting an das TOP-Management
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung

Qualifikation
- Relevante Ausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium (z.B. Diplom - Wirtschaftsinformatiker)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
- Tiefes Fachwissen im Projektmanagement (Definition, Implementierung, Schulung und Verbesserung von Prozessen)
- Kommunikationsstärke
- Hervorragende Handhabung von Office
- und ähnlichen Tools
- Fließende Deutsch
- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
- Spanischkenntnisse sind klar von Vorteil, aber absolut kein Muss
- Selbstständige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
- Denkvermögen und „hands-on“ Mentalität
- Teamorientierte und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
