Senior Business Process Expert

For our customer, we are searching for a Senior Business Process Expert (M/F/d). The customer has a battery laboratory in Garching/Munich and is in the process of opening further laboratories. Therefore, internal processes are to be harmonized within a new system. For further actions, the customer needs consult on IT Tools, as well as Business Processes in order to reach the best possible an extent of 10% (twice in 3 months), it is necessary to travel to Detroit/USA. The other 90% can mostly be done remotely, or in appointed cases in Munich. The project will be until 31.07.2024 with an option for contract extension and offer for permanent contract.
Aufgaben
- Closely working with the IT project leader and prospective users forming the management team
- Assess current process and system, and formulate business needs relating to system development as User Story
- Set up and run re-engineering workshop and document conclusions (\* include subsequent update / actual implementation) in BPMN format
- Analyze fulfilment of battery operations requirements through in-house and external services
- Interaction with development and end-consumer to monitor the implementation process and maintain communication with all related stakeholders
- Promote roll-out in our laboratories and assist with changes after go-live
- Contribute to other digitization projects
- Improve the culture of business process re-engineering with a focus on value-chain and total quality
Qualifikation
