**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
As a Practice Area Coordinator (PAC) within BCG U, you will help build the new and innovative “Upskilling” client offering in this specially created new business unit. You will execute and coordinate business operational support both regionally and globally, working as part of the BCG U OPS Management Team and directly supporting BCG U’s Leadership. In your role, you will coordinate people affiliation and monitor both people and business pipeline, establish and maintain the basic collaboration platforms and help create a diverse set of PA materials using powerpoint and excel.

You will independently plan, coordinate and execute leadership meetings, seeking guidance as needed, from invitation management through to agenda coordination, tracking and logístical support as well as expense and budget management. You will regularly maintain dashboards and carry out ad hoc financial reporting. With time you will become the key BCG U contact for internal clients and stakeholders and help them navigate the Upskilling business ecosystem and support the onboarding of other team members.

Responsibilities include
- Support with capacity planning and reporting as well as with staffing
- Managing people affairs (affiliation, career process coordination, recruiting plans, celebrations)
- Organization of regional and global leadership meetings (virtual and in-person) as well as occasional “all-hands” meetings
- Understanding and developing high-level operations reports for the leadership team
- Maintaining key managerial tools and communication platforms; including Microsites and Navigator pages
- Coordinating communication channels and distribution lists
- Supporting BCG U’s senior marketing manager with marketing and communication tasks
- Helping create global management standards for BCG U
- Being the point of contact for providing standard BCG U information; maintaining and updating BCG U’s information repository

**YOU'RE GOOD AT**:

- Executing defined tasks independently, seeking guidance as needed
- Thinking proactively with a forward-thinking attitude bringing excellent organisation skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Acting as the BCG U representative in the PA community, building your network with other PACs and Marketing Coordinators, learning from best practices
- Planning and coordinating regional and global BCG U (leadership) meetings with precision and attention to detail
- Solving problems with a forward-thinking mindset and suggesting workarounds
- Developing judgement, starting to contribute beyond the PA, thinking analytically through alternatives

**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:

- 2-4+ years relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrated independence and autonomy in internal/external interactions
- Ability to execute defined tasks that require independent judgment, based on processes/policies
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think analytically, adopting out the box thinking
- Professional, service oriented, pro-active and flexible attitude
- Ability to perform under pressure and demonstrate presence and maturity even in stressful situations
- Proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel

Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
