- Implementierung von Maßnahmen zur Bestandskontrolle, um Stockouts und Überbestände zu verhindern.
- Abstimmung mit Lieferanten, um eine rechtzeitige Lieferung von Kfz-Ersatzteilen sicherzustellen.
- Aufbau und Pflege von starken Beziehungen zu Händlern und Distributoren.
- Regelmäßige Kommunikation mit Händlern, um deren Anforderungen zu verstehen und etwaige Bedenken anzusprechen.
- Bearbeitung und Verwaltung von Bestellungen gemäß Bedarfsprognosen und Lagerbeständen.
- Überwachung der Auftragserfüllung und Bearbeitung von Unstimmigkeiten oder Verzögerungen.
- Nutzung von Datenanalysetools zur Generierung von Berichten und Leistungskennzahlen (KPIs) für die Leistung der Lieferkette.
- Regelmäßige Berichterstattung an das Management über Lagerbestände, Bedarfsprognosen und die Leistung der Lieferanten.
- Als Teil des Teams, unterstützen, so wie mitarbeiten die Projekten und Aufgaben in Aftersales Bereich von Operations und Parts
**Ihr Profil**:
- Bachelor-Abschluss in Supply Chain Management, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich.
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Materialplanung, Lagerverwaltung oder einer ähnlichen Position in der Automobilindustrie.
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und Kompetenz im Umgang mit Datenanalysetools.
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations
- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten, um effektiv mit Lieferanten und Händlern zusammenzuarbeiten.
- Kenntnisse von Kfz-Ersatzteilen und Branchentrends.
- Sehr gute Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
