**Assistant to Head of Customer Services & Sales (m/w/d)**
**Deine Aufgaben**:
- Organisation sowie Vor
- und Nachbereitung von Terminen auf Management-Ebene
- Erstellung von Präsentationsunterlagen für Konferenzen, Berichte und Statistiken
- Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von internen / externen Events und Workshops
- Verwaltung und Pflege der allgemeinen Dokumentation, z.B. Customer Guideline, Dashboards etc.
- Prüfung und Freigabe von Reisebuchungen bei größeren Kundenterminen mit mehreren Beteiligten
- Unterstützung bei der Planung und Verfolgung des Budgets sowie Qualitätssicherung von Dokumenten
- Begleitung von Neukundenprozessen im Account-, Service
- und Technical Account Management
- Entlastung der Abteilungsleitung durch zentrale Bearbeitung von team-/abteilungsübergreifenden Back Office-Themen
**Deine Talente**:
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erwiesene Kompetenzen und Erfahrung als Team
- oder Abteilungsassistenz, idealerweise im IT-Umfeld
- Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent, Durchsetzungs
- und Kommunikationsvermögen, Mut zur Eigeninitiative
- Hohe Service
- und Kundenorientierung
- Verständnis von IT-Infrastrukturen und -Services wünschenswert
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
