**Die Position**:
Als Technical Service Engineer Team Lead bist du für die Leitung unseres Technical Customer Operations (TCO)-Teams verantwortlich, führst es fachlich und disziplinarisch und stellst sicher, dass die TCO-Standards und -Prozesse eingehalten werden. Darüber hinaus bist du für die Qualitätssicherung, die Einhaltung von KPIs und die Kontrolle der Betriebs
- und Cloud-Services für unsere Produkte zuständig. Wir suchen eine organisierte und lösungsorientierte Führungspersönlichkeit mit hervorragenden Kommunikations
- und Projektmanagementfähigkeiten.

**Das erwartet dich**:

- Führung und Management des TCO-Teams, Führen von Mitarbeitendengesprächen und Personalentwicklungsgesprächen sowie Förderung einer positiven Teamkultur
- Rekrutierung, Schulung und Weiterbildung von TCO-Mitarbeitenden, um ein motiviertes und leistungsfähiges Team aufzubauen
- Definition, Dokumentation und Verbesserung von TCO-Richtlinien, -Standards und -Prozessen auf der Grundlage von Best Practices und Feedback
- Überwachen und Reporting von TCO-KPIs an die Geschäftsleitung, die die Teamleistung und die Servicebereitstellung widerspiegeln
- Kontrolle der Cloud-Services, Einbindung neuer Cloud-Kund:innen und Migration bestehender Kund:innen von On-Premises zu Cloud
- Unterstützung und Installation von SmartNotes-Aktivitäten und zugehörigen Komponenten, Aktualisierung von SmartNotes und technische Beratung für SmartNotes-Produkte

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Langjährige Erfahrung in einer leitenden Position im Bereich des technischen Supports oder der Betreuung von Kund:innen, nachweisliche Kenntnisse der entsprechenden Aufgaben und Zuständigkeiten im Bereich TCO
- Ausgeprägte Führungsqualitäten mit Erfahrung in der Leitung und Entwicklung eines Teams, der Durchführung von Leistungsbeurteilungen und der Förderung eines kollaborativen Arbeitsumfelds.
- Erfahrung in der Rekrutierung und Auswahl leistungsstarker Teammitglieder
- Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement und in der Priorisierung von Aufgaben
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ausgezeichneter Umgang mit Interessengruppen auf allen Ebenen
- Organisierte, strukturierte, detailorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Analytische und datengesteuerte Herangehensweise
- Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
