**Die Position**
- Annahme und Bearbeitung von Veranstaltungsanfragen im Corporate
- und Leisuresegment
- Angebots-und Vertragserstellung, sowie Detailabsprachen für Veranstaltungsanfragen
- Mitkoordination aller Vorgänge im Veranstaltungsbereich und enge Zusammenarbeit mit den operativen Abteilungen des Hauses
- professionelle Beratung unserer Kunden hinsichtlich der Veranstaltungsplanung und den individuellen Kundenwünschen und -anforderungen innerhalb der Detailabsprache
- Durchführung von Hausführungen und Verkaufsgesprächen
- Unterstützung bei der Gewährleistung einer optimalen Auslastung unserer Räumlichkeiten
- Mithilfe bei der Gestaltung, Organisation, Durchführung vor Ort und Nachbereitung verschiedener Events-und Gruppenbuchungen
- enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren F&B Abteilungen bei der Planung und Vorbereitung der Veranstaltungen
- Führen von Feedbackgesprächen nach der Veranstaltung
- Rechnungskontrolle nach Durchführung der Buchungen

**Was wir von Ihnen erwarten**
- abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Hotellerie oder im Veranstaltungsbereich oder Abschluss eines vergleichbares Studium
- idealerweise bereits erste Berufserfahrung im Bankettservice oder -verkauf in der gehobenen Hotellerie, gerne auch im Rahmen der Ausbildung
- gepflegte Umgangsformen und ein gutes Gefühl für unsere anspruchsvollen Gästen
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein ausgeprägtes Organisations
- und Koordinationstalent
- Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit, Belastbarkeit, pro-aktive sowie selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Liebe zum Detail und der Gästebetreuung
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Programmen
