About the Job

We’re looking for a motivated Account Executive (M/F/d) to join one of our portfolio companies and support its go-to market strategies. In your day-to-day work, you’ll ensure that our portfolio company’s business-critical services are optimised and get the opportunity to contribute to various projects.

**Join our portfolio company**: A German company that changes the way the construction industry buys its materials. The startup has an international, intercultural team of serial founders and experienced executives. The company is well capitalised and supported by European top tier VCs and construction tech experts, among others.

**In this role, you’ll**:

- Manage different accounts with a focus on effective prioritisation
- Account expansion: manage mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Build profitable relationships with clients to achieve long-term partnerships
- Develop a thorough understanding of our portfolio company’s products, services and offerings

to better upsell and cross-sell to clients

Your Profile
- First Account Management or sales experience with B2B focus - experience in the real estate

or construction industry is a plus
- Ability to understand and present the company’s product and catch the prospect’s interest
- Stay up-to-date with current industry trends to better address the customers’ business

challenges
- Demonstrate active listening skills and strong attention to detail with the ability to manage

multiple projects simultaneously
- Act with urgency, integrity and focus on the customer with video and face-to-face interaction
- Willingness to travel, once a quarter
- Degree in economics, engineering, social sciences or similar
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English

Please note that we are looking for support in the Berlin office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
